Common Installation Issues and Solutions
If your Android device refuses the APK, check that "Unknown sources" or "Install from unknown sources" is enabled in your Security settings (varies by manufacturer). Some devices warn that the installation may be risky; this is a standard warning for non-Play Store apps and does not indicate a problem. If you see a certificate-trust error, your device's system clock may be incorrect—check the date and time in Settings and adjust if needed. For iOS, if the web app does not install to your home screen, ensure you are using Safari (not Chrome) and tap Share → Add to Home Screen. Data, Permissions, and Account Security on olxtto
The olxtto app requests permission to access your device's camera (for KYC ID photo capture), microphone (for customer-support video calls if needed), and location (for jurisdiction verification). We do not share these permissions with third parties beyond what is necessary for account verification and support. Your account login uses encrypted connection; never share your username and password. Enable two-factor authentication if available on your account dashboard. Our app stores your session token locally on your device; if you uninstall the app or clear app data, you will need to log in again.
